What are you going to do with all your excess money? By excess money I meant money which you don’t need for your daily life. Are you going to deposit it in as bank deposit? But then the interest rate you earn is very low. How about investing in Gold or in Share Market? Both have some degree of risk depending on your timing & the types of share you invested in.
Well as for me I will seriously consider investing in real estate. I believed this could be the right time to do real estate investment as the world economy is bottoming out. However investing in real estate is not a simple matter such as gold or share buying, you need to do a lot of research like types of real estate, locality, cost and so on. The one factor which I like investing in real estate is that I can ‘see’ & ‘feel’ my investment. Something that is physical in nature. Now beside this if you make the correct real estate investment, it might even generate income in the form of rental. That is why real estate investment is so attractive to me, if I do have some excess money on hand.
