Drinking……………Sport Drink!

So you like to do a lot of exercise to keep fit and most importantly to keep yourself healthy. Yes?! If the answer is yes then congratulation! Keeping one self healthy is a very good form of ‘investment’ & if you have a very healthy body then you got yourself a ‘priceless asset’ which is yours & yours alone only!

I am sure that you are aware of doing the proper types of exercise and the importance of replenishing body fluid lost through doing exercise. So how do you replenish your body fluid? Yes! Drinking water and I assume that most of you just drink plain water. Well, in most case plain water will do but if you are doing vigorous exercise then, you got to drink sport drink!

Sport drink will replenish your lost body fluid faster. There are basically three types of sport drink, hypertonic, isotonic & hypotonic. Each types of sport drink are defined by their unique formula and when should the sport drink be consumed to be most effective in maintaining and restoring the lost essentials. So to my dears readers do take sport drink when you are doing vigorous exercise.
